Yes, You can play with friends on the local network (or on a public server)

For the local one, you have to just start a custom game and have your friend join it.
For public one, you have to join the same server( I'm not really sure about the second one but yeah)

basically damages any adjacent enemies to the one attacked

An amazing game, had a ton of fun with it. 

After messing around builds for hard mode for sometime, this is the most broken one yet .

An amazing game, the game really shines with the feeling of thrill it creates. The only place it lacks in is the fact that it has no in-game tutorial. The "Foolish" and "Easy" difficulties are too forgiving and allow the player to win by just randomly mashing the controls, on the other hand, the other difficulties require you to have an understanding of the game mechanics which is hard to obtain. All in all, still a very good game, literally cannot stop playing
